We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Children’s information
Our website is intended for parents and guardians. We ask only for a child’s age group, not their name or other identifying details, through this site.
Service providers
Visit requests are stored securely with Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, United States) and delivered to our team by email through our email provider. These providers process data only on our behalf. Requests are visible only to authorised Tiny Trellis staff.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us at hello@tinytrellis.com.

We may update this policy and will change the “last updated” date above when we do.
